You can go crazy with your freestyle crochet hat!

Make a one-of-a-kind hat! We’ll begin with a brim, then we’ll add free-form stitches (Bob Ross-Style!) as we build up a hat towards the top. In crochet, you’ll learn that it’s easy to make it up as you go along and easy to try and undo stitches until it looks the way you want.

Prerequisites: Basic crochet skill (chain, single crochet, double crochet stitches)

Materials: Any yarn and any hooks – the possibilities are endless – the more variety, the merrier!

Cost: $25

March is National Crochet Month! Read more. Peruse examples of freeform crochet on Pinterest.
