Bobbin lace involves pairs of yarn-wrapped bobbins anchored with pins. You’ll learn to use the two basic bobbin lace stitches, the twist and the cross, to create a decorative lace bookmark or bracelet. This class is meant for complete beginners. No special tools are required – you can use clothes pins as bobbins!
Materials: smooth lace or fingering-weight yarn, sewing pins or T-pins, 12 clothes pins
Prerequisites: no experience required!
